At TALA, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all eligible items.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn and in their original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
